entergy replaced meter and adjusted bill accordingly

Received entergy bil for over $485 electric bill to be paid by 12/12/18. Immediately called entergy on 11/21/2018 to report meter misread completed reread my meter by picture on 11/21/2018.

Nothing happened. Called back everyday till tbey sent person to reread meter on 12/3/2018. Never got letter or email no explanation. I called back on 12/5/2018 and Lead person set appointment for 12/12/18 to have my meter tested.

Took off work stayed home all day called 3 times to make sure appointment was still schedulec was told yes. tgen called at 4:40 pm and was told they rescheduled for 12/13/18 did not receive any calls.
