I call entergy to get help with issues pertaining to my bill. Apparently, the computer runs the whole company because the humans answering the phone have little knowledge or proper training to anwer my questions.

They try to read a screen. When asked specific questions about a problem they state, " They system did..." or can I put you on hold?" When you get a "Supervisor" ,it is not much different.

Apparently, the computer system is a dictator to the humans and they humans hands are tied, completely unable to do anything except to be rude providing NO help! I wish there were other electrical companies to choose from because I would drop them like a BAD habit!
