Tried to pay initial payment twice on their website, confirmed by email the payment went through then later told the payment has been rejected. No reason given. Return from overseas to a dark, warm smelly apartment as they have cut off the power, no notice given. Finally managed to pay initial amount by alternative (charged) method. Entergy denied cutting me off and blamed the building management. Building management took photo of yellow tag signifying that Entergy had cut off the power. Eventually after a day get an emergency re-connection.

Now online to view my bill and see Entergy has charged me $15 twice for the unmade payments, no notification was made nor have they shown me where this $15 charge is mentioned.

Worst experience I've ever had! And I'm trying to pay them money!

Would change provider in a heartbeat but locked into this company due to location. If this continues I'd consider moving to a non-Entergy area.

Avoid at all costs!!!

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $60.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
