Entergy - Very poor services

I pay my bills on the 10th of July. On my bank account showing that entergy took off the amount. I called entergy told me that I needed to called bill maxtri . I spoke with Nikki and she was very rude. She told that it when to wrong account, I did give the payment center my account and my QPC. so how that is my fault.

Entergy - Stressful

Was told by Cassie to pay $498.62 which include current and pass due amount. After paying that amount I received a call from Eric ( rude) stating we owe a total of 1498.62 and if not paid they would disconnect service. He refuse to listen to the amount I was originally told and also the amount printed on the bill which is 420.90 due by 3/28/18 . It was if I was having a conversation with a robot.

I have never had an acxount with entergy. So i finally find the home i want. I gobonline to set up my services. My oerder is put on hold for days and days while im being investigated like a common criminal. This is ridiculous.
