trying to turn services on at my new home has been a nightmare! I called on a thursday and was told mo day they would have my account activate.

At that time the lights were on from the previous owners. Tuesday i come home to no lights. I called to see what the problem is and was told i needed to speak with a verification department before they can activate my account. That could take 48 hours from the original request.

Nobody ever contacted me. So wednesday i call back. They say theres nothing they can do to help me or speed up the process the verification department can take up to 72 business hours or 9 business days to contact me. They cant give me any information about when i can speak to anyone, refuse to give me a contact number for that department or call and for me.

Just simply wait for a call. So now im unable to live in my house because nobody can seem to help me get my electricity turned on. Nobody should come home to no electricity without notice. Im a mother with 2 children.

I have no other energy company options. So im stuck using a horrible company.
