Entergy was notified 9/2017 of 16 duplexes sold and requesting cancellation of our auto turn-on feature used when we owned properties. Today it is still active and there is no such department to contact, no phone number to call and customer service associates know of nothing either. They are so dumb they refer me to on/off service.

I WANT IT CANCELLLED now. Tenants of new owners calling ENTERGY for service BUT cannot get it because Entergy says it has auto turn-on in our name. We don' want t pay bills for new owners' tenants??????

I can send all the addresses a 4th time, if necessary. But tell me who/where I can contact a person today. Entergy's customer service has a problem, since its menu doesn't include this issue and no department knows anything about it so I expect someone to contact me NOW!!!!!!
