We have power outages ever single dsm month and it is RIDICULOUS!!! Something has to be done!!!!

For the last 6 months new Orleans east have been having power outage for hours I'm a customer on oxygen and when I call and report a outage the customer service reps are so rude and don't care for cusomer with health problems but if I didn't pay my bill they would be quick to shut off my service this has become a serious problem with no explanation why

At least half of my neighborhood looses power regularly, I would say about once a month on average. It happens seemingly at random, oftentimes during perfectly clear days. It is usually out for at least two hours, and is super inconvenient. It’s total BS that we just have to deal with this kind of thing, as there are no other options for power
Entergy - Over Charging Customers.
They charge you double the amount money. For fuel then what you use in lights.
Entergy - Legally stealing money from customers.
I've been having problems. With energy since May of this year. They've been claiming. That someone from: odometer comes to my house. Reading my meter.and it's all lies. My bill have tripled in the last 3 months. And know one home from.5a.m. to 6p.m. mon till friday. I've ask for a reread and a meter reset. F@$k Energy stealing a@#.

Entergy - Disconnected without notice
Yesterday when i got home my lights were off i didnt receive a disconnect notice called customer service only to be told maybe the computer got mixed up theres nothing i can do since your lights are already disconnected now i have to pay the while bill plus a $50 deposit and reconnect fee
