Entergy - Won't turn on electric

Electric was disconnected paid bill was told to replace meter box did that it's been three weeks and they won't turn on electric on for three weeks we already set up new account and paid deposit

Entergy - Worst Company ever

Fell into a harship became disable. I have 3 grandchildren im raising ages 3-16. They turn my lights off on 11/19/18, 3 days before Thanksgiving. It was cold then and every night has been cold. All my foid went bad cant even cook a Thanksgiving meal for my family.
