My husband and I were just talking about that! Like you said, with all the customers Entergy has currently, even a small charge will add up to a gigantic sum of money.

We personally had damage in the storm, not enough for insurance to cover because the deductible is so high for hurricanes, will Entergy pay for my damages????? Besides the absurdly inflated monthly energy charges their change to the "Smart" meter, we have this charge now!

Pricing issue

15 hour outage. They don’t know what they are doing.

Transformer blew at 7:07am, still no power at 8:31 pm. Address is 633 Adee Lane, Gretna, La 70056. Perfect day except for Entergy dropping the ball. I wish I had another electric choice.

Not being Treated reasonable

I recently moved in on 810 Dorgan St and a previous person had lights on and they owe a bill she moved out . I'm not responsible for that I'm sorry it happen the way it . I have had lights with yall before I paid my bill so why should I and 4 children have to be with out electric .

Power goes out anytime it drizzles rain every single time. Unbelievable

Anytime in Louisiana it rains which as you know is often the Entergy power goes out. I have heard every excuse and reason. It is hard to believe in 2022 they cannot figure out how to get reliable power to an city area of 715 people.

Promise to pay by the 10th but wasn't able to pay til disconnection day on the 20th they shut me off on the 26th.

I'm 60 yrs old and have my 3 grandkids after school. My thing is I have struggled since covid but i.pay. I struggle every month to pay and for the life of me my grandkids are my world and if they stroke out on this heat we gonna have a bigger problem . I'm sick.enyergy not seeing the people who really try. I'm going to channel 4 news about this beings new Orleans res are the ones who's lights will remain on til Nov. Hey, I agree with you all 100%. I worked for them and they are a horrible company to work for! It's a one way relationship with them. They get "the butter from the duck" and all the benefits as a result. They want to dictate your TIME but, make you take a longer lunch...

Excessive price increases

Storm restoration fees ! Excessive price increases. Cant explain how this is calculated, then put the blame at a federal level. No one is consistent in answering questions for the consumer. Are you trying to break everyone? We are tired of just being quiet we all have a voice that needs to be heard. Especially the disabled and elderly!!!

Power outage

this is the third time this month that my power has gone out. Thats unacceptable theres no excuse for this. Theyre making a boatload of money off of us they should invest it in their equipment and lines. 6/27/22

I have been trying to get power since December 2021.....needless to say it's almost July in Arkansas battling 100+ Temps and I still can't get power.. IM PISSED AND HOT

Too much too type but I have been thrower around since December and still have no power. I don't have an old bill there's no reason why I don't have power!!! I have drove over 40 miles justto learn I can't talk to real person so how long does someone have to wait!!! Someone is supposed to be here Monday with a meter but if they don't give me power I'm calling 7 on your side!!!

I want power

Uncaring, irresponsible, unapologetic, unprofessional and overpriced service. This company is not people friendly and is ripping off the people of Louisiana.

PConstant outages for equipment Louisiana people have paid for over and over since 2005. Cutoff service without regard of age, medical conditions or our terrible mail delivery service. It took 14 days to receive notice of cutoff from Baton Rouge Louisiana.

User's recommendation: Politicians are not concerned about the service or pricing of the services received from Entergy New Orleans.

Ought to be a law!

How much more money can these CROOKS squeeze out of their customers? They even found a way to get us to pay for the same thing TWICE! I paid extra for 10 years after Katrina supposedly for upgrades on an old system, so it could withstand a storm better. Guess what? They didn't upgrade anything and here we are 15 years later and another storm that did significant damaged to an even older system. Now they want us to pay for it again. I am on level billing that is anything but level. My bill has gone from 160 dollars to almost 300 in 2 years. They need to check their "level"!

Charged for energy use when everything was off while out oftown

I was out of town on June 10th but according to Entergy's app i still used almost the same amount of energy I would have used even if I stayed at home. This is impossible because everything was turned off including my AC unit and i live alone.The customer service rep was puzzled herself so she says I used a whole day of energy before i left that morning which is still impossible all I did was pack and did not do anything extra. My bill is always high and my apartment is very small and I hardly use my AC because I have asthma and it makes me cough.

Deferred payment unhonored

I applied for payment arrangements and after being approved they declined my first payment and raised my bill. It is increasing each month. I asked for the meter to be checked and it seems inaccurate and super high! Im wondering if Im being scammed. I just do not want to be ripped off to have lights and a/c. They are avoiding any questions about program funding so Im hoping they dont continue recieving grants if they arent providing assistance.
