Entergy supplies the electricity for my business. I have been using Entergy for almost a year and have been making my payments Via website and mail.

Lately, I have been using the internet to make my payments. I received a call today (2/14/17) stating that my service was scheduled for disconnection because I haven't made a payment in 3 months. The last payment that I made was on 2/10/17 and per the website my next payment was due in March.

They realized that it was a problem with their system, but they still threatened to cut off my service unless I payed for for three months of service. They promised to reimburse me for having to pay again, but I still lost almost a whole day of work because I had to spend most of my day taking care of that.

I liked: I liked that they promised to fix the issue.

I didn't like: I did not like the inconvience.
