Entergy - THE ABSOLUTE WORSE
I have had the worst time with Entergy. Their "level billing" is always higher than actual usage so it is a complete rip off.
I paid my account deposit before my lights were even turned on but couldnt make a payment arrangement online because EVEN THOUGH THE PAYMENT IS POSTED ON THE ACCOUNT the system says I owee a deposit so I cant be helped. I was charged in 15 days more than I used in a whole month while having 3 extra ppl in my home. It's so odd that the more people in the home the less my bill is. Smh.
I was out of town for 6 of the 15 days as well. When I call my number is never recognized although it is the only number attached to my account.
I feel completely that Im overcharged every month. How can I trust a company who cant even keep track of my payments?
